Welcome to ChefSense.ai. ChefSense is operated by Avana.ai Inc. ("ChefSense", "we", "us"), and these Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Avana.ai Inc. They govern your access to and use of the service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Use of the Service

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have approval from a legal guardian to use the service.

b. Registration: To use the service, you may need to create an account and subscribe to a plan. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

c. Subscription: You agree to pay the subscription fee associated with your chosen plan. Fees may be charged automatically to the payment method you provide.

d. Recipe Quotas: Your subscription may include a limited number of recipe generations per month. Unused quotas do not carry over unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Content and Privacy

a. Recipe Content: ChefSense.ai generates personalized recipes based on the information you provide. Recipes are for informational purposes only and may not account for all allergies, sensitivities, or dietary needs. You are responsible for confirming suitability.

b. Data Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Engage in activity that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.

Intellectual Property

a. Platform Content: All content provided through the service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, belongs to ChefSense.ai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ChefSense.ai makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChefSense.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the service or these Terms.

Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may notify you through email or within the service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

ChefSense.ai may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
